Dry mortar is commonly used in the construction area which is pre-mixed and packed in the plant by recipes according to different application. The production line generally includes two sections: sand drying and screening section, materials batching and packing section. For the packing system, bag style packing machine or tank truck loading system can be chosen as per customer’s actual requirements.

WZF Non-Gravity and Twin Shaft Paddles Mixer

Non gravity mixer

Product introduction

The non-gravity mixer works in the principle of mixing the materials in air countercurrent. The double shaft paddles are installed inside the drum and rotated in the opposite direction to each other. Each of the paddles is designed in rational separation distance and angle degree through the scientific calculation. When the materials are thrown to the air current inside drum by the force from the rotating paddles, the non-gravity force will be instantaneously generated and the materials will be thrown to the opposite area. The space between the twins shafts will be formed a fluidized non-gravity area and an air eddy current, in the bottom part, an air flowing layer also will be formed inside the drum. As a result, the materials are taken the three-dimensional compound motions, in order to be evenly, rapidly and circularly mixed in all aspects.

The machine can be widely applied in drying and mixing the chemical materials, metal materials, construction materials, coating materials, resins, agricultural materials, feeding stuffs, powder materials and etc.

Characteristics

(1)There are several materials discharging modes for selecting, which include the manual mode, electrical mode and pneumatic mode.

(2)The fiber can be rapidly separated by the high speed rotating blades.

(3)The air-phase balancing device is installed to mix the materials more even.

(4)The compound structure of paddles can largely reduce the cost of maintenance.

(5)The materials are discharged through the big gate, which can reduce the blind areas inside the mixer, make the discharging procedure cleaner and faster.

(6)It can mix the solid-solid (powder and power) and solid-liquid (powder and liquid), and also take drying operation.

(7)The speed of mixing is fast, it only takes about 2-3 minutes to mix the ordinary powders.

(8)The machine can be operated in confined space, which is running reliably and convenient in maintenance.

This machine is composed of transmission structure, horizontal drum, coulter and blades. The materials flow forwards in axial direction along the drum shell by the force from the coulter. When the materials cross the blades, they will be thrown all around and evenly mixed in a short time by the high speed rotating force from the blades.
